Description:   Opened: 2007-03-30 17:32 0000 
To fix bug 138038 either pyxml needs to be keyworded on s390 or the USE flag
the soappy dep ends up "behind" needs to be masked on s390. I would prefer the
former if pyxml works at all :)

did anyone test this on s390 yet? if not i'll have to think of doing the 2nd
option ..
