Description:   Opened: 2007-02-17 21:30 0000 
As per summary, the current version is in the tree since 10 November, and the
beta3 version (which this basically is a renamed copy of) is in the tree since
11 September.

This version is especially important for non-64-bit architectures, as since
version 3.96.1-r1 it supports largefile.
