Hello!

app-admin/syslog-ng-1.6* depends on sys-apps/portage. Is this needed? Maybe
virtual/portage would suffice and it would help in adoption of other package
managers.

This is already changed in app-admin/syslog-ng-2* (no dependency on
ys-apps/portage at all), could this be backported to current stable (not hard
masked) versions of syslog-ng.
