Replacement of the Plugin Kate katecppsymbolviewer for Kate, supports C ++, C, Perl autogeneration doxy document for element definition if the documentation exists that shows in the form of the help it is not required to pass to a line with definition of an element and search element match name.

Kde3 thing -> dies out. Open new bug if they create qt4 based version.
