Bugzilla Bug 158007

Today the new series of libtorrent/rtorrent was started with 0.11.0/0.7.0; as
the 0.10.4/0.6.4 versions didn't procure much trouble once the x86 filtering
was in place, I'd like to get those stabled.

libtorrent says in make install: dodoc: TODO does not exist

Emerges and works ok.
