mx4j depends on axis that on turn depends on jdk 1.4, and is then not available
on FreeBSD.

This prevents tomcat for being installed on Gentoo/FreeBSD.

There is now a separate dev-java/mx4j-core so Tomcat can be emerged without
axis.
