Description:   Opened: 2006-11-26 10:54 0000
I have an HP laserjet 1320 laser printer.

I found that, after install hplip-1.6.10, my Agfa scanner stop working.

After investigate this issue, i found the problem: hplip installation deletes
the previous contents of /etc/sane.d/, and then xsane is only capable of work
with hp scanners. May be a good idea is hplip installation don't deletes
previous content of this file, and only add the hpaio line is is not yet
present in the file.

The /etc/sane.d/dll.conf contents after hplip install was:

# cat dll.conf
hpaio

when the original file content is:

# enable the next line if you want to allow access through the network:
