man-pages-es has a contradictory ewarn.

WARN: postinst

If you want to read these man-pages properly you need to replace
the following line in /etc/man.conf:

NROFF           /usr/bin/nroff -Tascii -c -mandoc

With:

NROFF           /usr/bin/groff -Tutf8 -mandoc
- - - - - - - - - -

and according to man.conf (sys-apps/man-1.6d):

# Useful paths - note that COL should not be defined when
# NROFF is defined as "groff -Tascii" or "groff -Tlatin1";
# not only is it superfluous, but it actually damages the output.
# For use with utf-8, NROFF should be "nroff -mandoc" without -T option.
# (Maybe - but today I need -Tlatin1 to prevent double conversion to utf8.)

NROFF           /usr/bin/nroff -mandoc

does it: accents (

NROFF           /usr/bin/nroff -mandoc

does it: accents (áéíóú), ñ and diaeresis (ü) are displayed correctly (both tty and pty). So modify the ewarn, please.
