I couldn't compile dev-db/mysql-gui-tools until I switched the "accessibilitu"
flag on for dev-cpp/gtkmm, so it compiled atkmm. Acessibility flag for gtkmm
should be required to avoid this problem. Configure log was:

Package atkmm-1.6 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `atkmm-1.6.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'atkmm-1.6', required by 'gtkmm', not found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables GNOME_CFLAGS
and GNOME_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
