espeak compiles and reads aloud texts from command line also on amd64,
therefore ~amd64 would be justified. One just needs to allow emerging the other
~amd64 dependencies.

For me it only works when outputting to a .wav file and then playing it with
some player, but I am adding a keyword anyway as I googled that's a config
problem not related to amd64.
