gtkmm-2.10.2 has a use flag for accessiblity which the earlier versions did
not. The use flag provides libatkmm which inkscape requires. I believe the
accessiblity use flag is disabled by default (it is on my system at least)
which is a problem and will cause inkscape to stop working after upgrading
gtkmm. Moreover, the inkscape ebuild doesn't check if gtkmm has the right use
flag, so configure throws an error message about libatkmm missing.
