Bugzilla Bug 153103

This is from the 2006.1 LiveCD, so I can't quite get the emerge --info over to
this page.  The link I posted shows the error in detail:

When install failed, I chroot'ed into the environment (failed build) and then
did this:

COMMAND:
emerge -uvDN --resume world


And got this... is it a bug that should be reported to the bug-tracker? See
below:
