Description:   Opened: 2006-10-18 12:25 0000 
To display all subfolders, e.g. Exchange:Personal Folders:Projects:10G, I have
to connect to Exchange, go offline, exit Evolution, restart Evolution and then
go online. Otherwise the lowest level folders are not diplayed.

Let me know what other information I can provide.

Actually, my workaround stopped working, but I was able to use successfully the
patch given in Bug #151048.
