Ebuild for rsibreak 0.8.0

My attempt to update the rsibreak ebuild from the 0.7.0 ebuild for the 0.8.0
release.

Thanks for reporting, I've updated it in portage :)

Next time tho, a diff -u between the original and the modified ebuild is
usually simpler to review ;)
