Description:   Opened: 2006-10-03 14:05 0000
nfsmount doesn't start nfs4 related services. netmount makes use of "nfs
nfsmount". However, there are times when I want to mount nfs4 shares without
starting the nfs server. So I've been tinkering with the nfsmount init script.
I'll attach what I came up with. Please let me know if this is useful, or
buggy.

these things need to be broken out into sep scripts, not made into another
jumbo one like 'nfs'
