The mythtv 0.20 ebuilds tell you:

 * Want mythfrontend to start automatically? Run the following:
crontab -e -u mythtv
 * Add add the following:
* * * * * /usr/bin/runmythfe &

Yet the 0.20 ebuilds don't actually install runmythfe. In 0.19 there's no
problem, but the code that installs runmythfe seems to have gone missing in
later versions.
