Make this bug depend on packages in the stable tree that worked on 2.6.17 but
do not work on 2.6.18.

Just to clarify, these are packages which we aim to fix before 2.6.18 goes
stable.  Packages in the unstable tree shouldn't block this bug, we care about
them but they do not block the new kernel going stable.
