The reason? File incorrectly named.

!!! Couldn't download 'Theme-TuxInfo-Connectiva.tar.bz2'. Aborting.

In http://distfiles.gentoo.org/distfiles, it's called
"Theme-TuxInfo-Conectiva.tar.bz2"

Notice the missing n. Can you please add the n into the file name on the
distfiles site?

I actually had to remove the reference to the tarball with double 'n', as
that's what upstream calls it. It's fixed in CVS now.
