Description:   Opened: 2006-09-09 08:47 0000 
aqbanking sets DEPEND based on the value of USE, which causes breakage because
the cached value does not contain a dependency on qt. As a result, the package
will not merge when qt3 is in USE and qt is not already installed. Please fix.

Seems i'm hitting this on my way to test gnucash. This is a stable version on
ppc, can somebody fix this?
