Bugzilla Bug 145447

The install phase tries to install libical.so.0.0.0 directly into the live
filesystem, which the sandbox doesn't permit.  If sandbox is disabled, this
means that the portage vdb won't have a proper record of what was installed by
the package.  This is on stable amd64; I don't know if it's the same on other
arches but I'd guess so.

Version 0.26.6 is ok; so fixing it means either comparing 0.26.6 with 0.24 and
back-porting a change, or just requesting 0.26.6 go stable.

This shows the sandbox error.

It also shows test failures that occurred with 0.24_rc4-r1 - again, 0.26.6
passes its tests fine so I think requesting the stabilisation of 0.26.6 might
be the easiest way forward.

I think too. Already stabilized version 0.26.6 for x86 (although the previous
version didn't have the issue).

you should add the rest of the arches too, they're probably intersting in
having a working stable version too
