Description:   Opened: 2006-07-30 07:04 0000
I can't emerge ccp4 with X useflag enabled
And after I disable X useflag ccp4 installs sucsessfuly but all programs in
this package linked on libccif.so but there is no libccif.so library on my
system because normaly this library is a part of ccp4 distribution

ebuild emerges succsesfully but it doesn't install ibccif.so
so when I run any appliction from package igot the following
refmac5: error while loading shared libraries: libccif.so: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory

Next time, please don't double-gzip files. It makes for confusing results. I
have seen this issue, and it's because CBIN and CCP4_LIB aren't getting set
properly. They should come from the setup script.

I've got a fix for this, it will be in -r1 once I do some more testing.

OK, it's in.
