Version bump of existing ebuild.
A simple rename of the ebuild will suffice, no changes needed.

The version bump should resolve bug #140264

Actually just found out bug #140264 is still in 1.7.3 - just released 1.7.4 to
fix it..

Sorry - any chance you can quickly bump portage to this and remove 1.7.3?
