proposed patch to fix this problem

I've attached a patch that should fix this bug. It just checks whether kernel
version is > 2.6.0, and if so, uses module_param() instead of MODULE_PARM() in
the broken files. Hopefully someone will consider merging this into portage if
it's acceptable.

------- Comment #4 From Diego E. 'Flameeyes' Pettenò 2006-07-25 10:58:41 0000 -------
Please check if 1.0.12_rc1 is fixed, if it is not report upstream. It's a mess
to follow ALSA upstream when they decide not to fix their crap.

------- Comment #5 From Rob Hess 2006-07-25 11:33:53 0000 -------
This is fixed in alsa-driver-1.0.12_rc1-r1.

------- Comment #6 From Diego E. 'Flameeyes' Pettenò 2006-10-01 22:40:28 0000 -------
Fixed then.

We need something newer stable.

------- Comment #9 From Scott Van Der Wall 2006-10-17 16:35:38 0000 -------
1.0.13 is stable with 2.6.17 and 2.6.18. Try that and see if it fixes your
problem. I use 1.0.13 and 2.6.18 and no issues even with -o3.

------- Comment #10 From Diego E. 'Flameeyes' Pettenò 2007-01-22 08:46:59 0000 -------
1.0.11 is not even in the tree anymore.
