OK boys and girls, please mark net-misc/dhcp-3.0.3-r9 stable please.
Diffs between this and last stable

1) dhcp server Init script moved from init.d/dhcp to init.d/dhcpd with a fair
few fixes too
2) dhclient-script in /sbin has been patched heavily as baselayout-1.12 no
longer forces it's own script
