The /etc/conf.d/bacula-all file has SERVICES="bacula-fd bacula-sd bacula-dir". 
The /etc/init.d/bacula-all initscript wants names like "fd" instead of
"bacula-fd".

The conf.d file should have SERVICES="fd sd dir" instead.

As it is now, when you run /etc/init.d/bacula, nothing starts at all.  So it
fails to do what one expects, and it does so quietly.  After changing the
SERVICES line as suggested, all three bacula services start.

Fixed in 2.0.3, AFAICT.
