Here is a ebuild for nsis.
It is a dev-util to create install.exe for windows
but it can run under GNU/Linux.

Good job, Cédric! However, I had to make 2 changes:
 - expand config patch (to avoid pre-stripped QA warning for makensis and
GenPat)
 - correct fperms command

If you feel like it, you are more than welcomed as co-maintainer of nsis.

Please remove it from Sunrise.
