Raphaël helped us a lot since our recruiting campaign in march with filing and
wrangling security bugs while also drafting a big number of GLSAs. Now time has
come to make him a full member of the security team.

As a security developer on probation, he just needs an account on toucan and
the editbugs privileges on Bugzilla. When probation is over, he'll need CVS
commit rights to the security docs.

I directed him to the staff quiz (no ebuild quiz needed since he won't commit
to gentoo-x86), which should be posted to you later.

I'll take this one, since it's non ebuild.

Just to be sure.. you did not adduser him with the utf8 char? cuz that breaks
stuff..

curious, which field is/was utf-8?  A quick 'perl_ldap -s falco' reveals no
utf-8 for me.

Nah, all plain english chars :) 

Falco has expressed a desire to gain ebuild competency for full commit access.
Apparently security didn't totally consume all spare life.

my work takes me too much time these days, and Gentoo Security takes all time
left. I'll have more time in february to fill the remaining tests. Sorry for
the delay :)

Finally sending the quizz. Sorry for the delay.

I reviewed all quizzes (including the additional questions), and I'm quite
happy with them.

Then, everything seems OK.
