The doc coverage percentage doesn't include intro sections.

Thanks for your patch. I've applied it on to 2.1.6-r1, but I didn't apply it to
2.2.0 because they've change their code documentation markup (hopefully for the
better.) IF you find the same mistake in the markup, please file a new bug, and
possibly let upstream developers know as well.
