Bugzilla Bug 13465

The archive that provides the sources for the Portage Time-HiRes ebuild has 
disappeared from CPAN.  The only archive (currently) available from CPAN is now 
1.41.  This means that nobody can install Time-HiRes (or any package that 
depends on it).

now waiting for rsync to ibibilio

maybe you can do a version bump to 1.42 or just close this bug 

Pretty active module these days. Version bumped to 1.42.
