I'll look into this in the next days.

Won't fix. The patch required for it is against the policy we have with
netqmail: do not have too many patches.

I tried with the patch from qmail-1.03-r16, but it failed as soon as I didn't
use SSL. Please try to convince the mutt people.

My proposal is having a mbox page that fits both packages in net-mail/mailbase
and make netqmail depend on it since mutt already does.

------- Comment #7 From Fernando J. Pereda (RETIRED) 2006-05-12 00:18:21 0000 -------
The qmail provided man page has some problems:

1 - The (attached) mutt man page has more references and a better introduction.
I think we should grab those bits from there.
2 - The SEE ALSO part has to be updated.
3 - It mentions qmail parts in some places, those should be removed and
probably rephrased.

The mutt mbox.5 page has only ONE reference to mutt: '(like mutt(1))' and more
references, and better introduction. However it lacks those 'HOW A MESSAGE IS'
sections.

Say I grab those bits from the qmail page and put it into the mbox.5-mutt page,
would you agree to remove the mbox.5 page from the netqmail ebuild ?

BTW, I think maildir(5) is going to collide too.

As long as you leave the qmail references in there, okay.

Please leave the qmail references in there. They are there for some reason.

Yes.

> BTW, I think maildir(5) is going to collide too.

Can we handle that one separately?

No response.

------- Comment #11 From Hans de Graaff 2007-02-10 17:21:21 0000 -------
I just tried to migrate from qmail to netqmail given the pending removal of
qmail, and i noticed that this file collision still happens with mutt-1.5.13-r1
and netqmail 1.05-r4, which are currently the latest stable versions.
