Description:   Opened: 2006-04-29 19:19 0000
support for:
 gnome-2.14.0
 gnome2-user-docs-2.14.0

will be dropped unless the packages:
['>=app-text/gnome-doc-utils-0.5.6']

are keyworded on your architecture.

The ebuild does not exists, use the gnome-doc-utils-0.6.0 to solve this
problem.
Before you remerge write

=app-text/gnome-doc-utils-0.6.0

in youre /etc/portage/package.keywords

I don't think that is a real bug, because the hole gnome-envoriment is mask
with ~keywords.
