Description Luca Longinotti (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-04-23 09:36:04 UTC
The old-style PHP was masked, and a couple of ebuilds in the tree still depend on it; now, all of those already have newer revisions/versions that are fixed correctly, and have the same or better keywords. But in order to not have any broken dep in the tree, those couple of remaining ebuilds will need to be either removed from the tree or have the fix from the newer versions backported. Where possible, I'd suggest removal of the old ebuilds, as the new ones have the same or better keywords, so this shouldn't be a problem, but it's up to the maintainers to decide... :)
The affected ebuilds are:

net-analyzer/acid-0.9.6_beta23

sys-cluster/openmosixwebview-0.2.13

www-servers/lighttpd-1.3.13-r3

www-servers/monkeyd-0.9.0-r1

Those should be all as far as I remember, please remove yourself from CC once the problem is fixed for your ebuild, thanks!
Best regards, CHTEKK.

Hello,

I just added net-analyzer/acid to package.mask.
net-analyzer/base replaces it, so if nobody complains I will remove net-analyzer/acid in a month or so.

Ok, net-analyzer/acid is masked and pending removal, and I just fixed the other three ebuilds myself, as QA wanted this issue fixed very quickly.
Thanks for the cooperation, best regards, CHTEKK.
