Bugzilla Bug 130125

When I try to emerge gnustep-apps/cenon-3.80 it fails in the installation phase
with the following error message:

Seemed unstable GNUmake behaviour differs from the stable one.  Added a patch
which solved the problem for me.  Thanks for reporting!  Please reopen if the
problem persists.
