Description:   Opened: 2002-12-28 07:45 0000
Attached to this report is the submission for an ebuild file for the "Happy"
parser generator for the Haskell programming language. Like in my last
submission, haddock, the issue of the GHC package is not yet resolved for this
bulid. Users should either have GHC in their path or set the $GHC variable manually.

new happy ebuild

I think the ebuild can be simplified now to the attached one,
using virtual/ghc as dependency. Works fine for me. I don't
see any reason apart from the category question (I would favor
dev-haskell) for not including it anymore.

Best,
Andres

A happy ebuild has been added now as dev-haskell/happy for ~x86.
Thanks, Peter, for submitting and helping to sort out the issues with
GHC and nhc98!

Closing the bug. Please test!

Just installed happy through the portage system: Worked just fine. No problems
that I'd be aware of.

fine -> close
