Here's an ebuild, with one problem: it expects the .run.gz file to be on the
FTP sites, which it isn't, yet. So right now it must be downloaded manually
from http://www.idsoftware.com/

Err... You're a bit slow on this one, Paul.  ;]

Remember that I keep in touch with the developers for most of the closed-source
stuff, so I'm usually ready to go before the thing is even released.  I usually
just have to wait to download/digest and I'm off.
