Hi all.

Using gammu I noticed some DEFINES set to very low numbers, namely:
- GSMBACKUP_MAX_PHONEPHONEBOOK is set to 501
- GSM_BACKUP_MAX_CALLER is set to 6

Since most modern phones support around 1000 contacts and more than 6 caller
groups, I suggest using the attached diff for the next ebuild version which
increases these values to 1001 and 20, respectivly.

Furthermore, src_unpack() must include the following line at the end of
function:
epatch ${FILESDIR}/bigger_limits.diff
