Description:   Opened: 2006-02-22 12:41 0000
dev-libs/xerces-c-2.7.0-r1 (once again using configure scripts created by
autotools 2.13) installs its includes into /--prefix/ when using et_EE locales.

Using sys-devel/flex/files/flex-configure-LANG.patch in src/xercesc/ fixes
this.

You could say that :P This should be the official Estonian alphabet:

ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRS
