Description:   Opened: 2006-02-07 22:12 0000 
The files shouldn't be in /usr/local, they should be somewhere else.  Probably
a better place would be somewhere in /var.  In either case the path needs to be
changed, a migration doc must be written ( einfo + e-mail announcement ) and
backwards compat ( symlink ) should probably be created as well to cushion the
transition.
