Here's an ebuild for the 2.2.12.beta release of PARI. The ebuild includes the
brand new, snappier GMP kernel support. Note that any programs linked to
libpari will have to be recompiled after toggling the gmp USE flag.

I stripped out some things from the previous pari-2.1.7-r1.ebuild. These seemed
entirely redundant to me, in this version at least, but kick me hard if they
weren't.

I also changed the pari-non-exec-stack-x86-gentoo.patch to work with PARI 2.2.
No docs.patch yet though.
