Description:   Opened: 2006-01-31 13:20 0000
ppc-macos has been dropped from rdiffbackup in the 1.0.4 version
arm has been keyword masked on the optional dependencies in 1.0.4

The dependencies dev-python/pyxattr and dev-python/pylibacl require keywording
too.

Any movement on this PPC-MACOS and ARM ?

------- Comment #2 From Fabian Groffen 2006-05-22 13:35:47 0000 -------
no-go on ppc-macos. pyxattr needs attr, which doesn't compile (might be very
well related to having a non-Linux kernel or something).

Removing ppc-macos from CC.

------- Comment #3 From Daniel Black 2006-05-25 06:51:58 0000 -------
Fabian,
Does keyword masking xattr make sense then?
What about acl? Cant it be keyword masked to make rdiff-backup happy?

I'd rather not see a keyword dropped because of an optional dependency.

------- Comment #4 From Fabian Groffen 2006-05-25 08:44:06 0000 -------
Woah! someone who cares!
Sure we can mask xattr USE-flag.

I cannot re-add ~ppc-macos keyword, because repoman thinks ~arm is a problem
for xattr USE-flag too. If you happen to fix that, you are free to re-add the
~ppc-macos keyword. I already committed the keyword mask.

~ppc-macos happyness achieved.

Just waiting on ARM?

------- Comment #7 From SpanKY 2006-07-05 11:15:45 0000 -------
