After doing
# revdep-rebuild --library=libstdc++.so.5
as suggested in bug#64615 I get the following error. (see attachment).

emerge --info is the same as bug#120681

I did
emerge arts
It succeeded, and then
revdep-rebuild --library=libstdc++.so.5
It fails on kdepim again, so your suggestion does not help.

Then recompile kdelibs, or unmerge KDE completely and do a fresh KDE install.
There's nothing we could "fix" here.
