ebuild that takes the gcc 3.4 into account

Simply copying the patch to the files directory and using the provided ebuild
worked fine on my system.

This is the first time I change an ebuild and post a bug fix. I'd like to know
whether there's something wrong with it. I've only tested it on 2 different
machines.
