To fill in the rest of the info, these classes moved to the Mono.Unix.Native
namespace, starting in mono-1.1.10. Most of the time a one line patch to change
an import statement is enough to get this working.

Note, this does then require the package to have a dependancy on mono-1.1.10 or
newer. I can cook up the patch for you if you really need.
