When starting net-p2p/phex-2.8.2.92, the program crashes during the
splashscreen with the following error:

*** Bug 119697 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***

Current upstream version is 2.8.10. Please, either bump it and see if it fixed
this bug, or remove this package.

2.8.2.92 is the only version ported for modular X, and it can't go stable when
it crashes.

year.

masked all versions below 2.8.2.92 for default-linux/x86/

And on hardened/x86 of course, too.
