Description:   Opened: 2005-12-13 12:20 0000
I would like all supporting arches to please stabilise
sci-biology/aaindex-7.0. Here is a (small) test case using EMBOSS:

$ wget pelican.rsvs.ulaval.ca/distfiles/seq/phikz-orf144.pep
$ pepwindow -datafile cedj970101 -graph png phikz-orf144.pep

Open the PNG graph in your favorite viewer to ensure it was created correctly.
The hydropathy should vary between ~ 4,8 and ~ 7,4 along the sequence.
