emacs-cvs-22.0.50 still uses ext instead of pserver and savannah instead of
cvs.savannah to check out source code.

CVS errors.

Expected Results:  
Check out source and then build.

Attached patch fixes the problem. 

Also, builds fine on ppc64.

Update to ebuild to fix bad cvs location.

Yes, please include this patch. It's a critical bug, since the ebuild just
doesn't work without it.

I'll fix it shortly.
