Since kde 3.4.3 is marked stable an deep update with emerge forces to downgrade
several components to fullfill the dependancies of kdejava and kjsembed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. update to stable kde 3.4.3
2. emerge --update --deep world


Actual Results:  
downgrade of kdecomponents to 3.4.1

Expected Results:  
normal deep upgrade
