you mark it as stable ?

going to all involve, and can you give us which versions of everything would
have to go stable?

I'm in the process of upgrading and QA validating all rox packages, I'll ask
for stabilization when I'm done.

Stabilization for rox-lib has started, Bug #155035

Once that has completed, this can proceed.
