Boinc doesn't compile on amd64 architecture with gcc4. Attached is simple fix.

fix for gcc4 compilation on amd64 platform

This simple fix corrects wrong int == 4 assumption. The change doesn't affect
x86.

Applies cleanly to:
[ebuild   R   ] sci-misc/boinc-4.72.20050813-r2
