evolution-data-server-2.4.1 has some stability issues which were solved in
version 2.4.1.1, which isn't present in portage. The 2.4.1 ebuild works fine for
2.4.1.1 and fixed the stability issues I've been experiencing with evolution.

Unfortunately, 106019 was a separate issue :(. Just a little more info, this
stability issue was a problem, however I was able to deal with it as Evolution
crashed every 5-10 starts; however when I rebuilt gnome-panel with +eds,
evolution-exchange-storage would crash every time it was started (even after a
reboot). Upgrading evolution-data-server to 1.4.1.1 fixed the issue (no crashes
since!).

I get those exhange storage crashes, so I'll get on this.
